● Personal and business phone numbers
● Residential and business physical addresses

● Estimated annual revenue and average transaction volume
● Bank account details for payout purposes (e.g., void cheque or direct deposit form)
This information is typically provided directly by you when completing an application through our platform.

● To facilitate your application and transmit it to one or more PG Providers or PG agents
● To support identity verification, Know Your Customer (KYC), and anti-fraud procedures
● To track and communicate onboarding or evaluation status to you

● To fulfill legal or regulatory requirements and respond to lawful requests from authorities
We do not use your information to create an account or conduct payment processing, nor do we use your information for promotional or marketing purposes.

● PG Providers and authorized agents who evaluate and process your merchant application
● Financial institutions for the purpose of enabling payout arrangements

We do not sell or lease your personal information to any third party under any circumstance.
